"I just received information on Steve's passing and am saddened. I worked with Steve@ Raytheon as a Quality Engineer, Supply Chain Program Manager and in the Raytheon Six Sigma Group. Steve was always a great guy to work with, helpful and always ready to get the job done, but have fun doing it. He had an infectious smile and laugh. It goes without saying that Steve will be missed."

"Dear Val, Vanessa, Steve and Sophia & the Waible Family,
As a Raytheon co-worker, I was very sorry to hear about Steve. He was a great teammate, well respected, very knowledgeable in his field and just a great person. When I heard of this sad news, immediately I thought of how he wanted to support me in a charity run in the summer of 2019. Steve was respectfully persistent in making sure he provided a donation, and followed up multiple times to ensure he did. Steve's patience (w/ me in making sure I figured out how to donate), resolve and selflessness was never more evident for me than in this example. Outside of this example, at work, I had the utmost confidence working with Steve, sought his help in more advanced supply chain issues and enjoyed working with him directly. While I cannot compare what you his close family is going through, just know that there are those in the Raytheon family that are very sad for his loss too,
With great respect, & God Bless,
Mike O'Sullivan"
